Every Certificate of Need programme we track, the format the state publishes in, and exactly how current our data is. We say plainly which states update automatically and which are still being wired up — a filing you cannot trust is worse than no filing. Green border: collector succeeded on the last daily run (checked 10/3/2026, after that day’s filings went out). Yellow: that run failed.
