HIPAA statement

CON Signal (Big Sky Little Acorn, LLC) is an independent information service that aggregates publicly available Certificate of Need filings and related public bulk files (including, where we have them, IRS Business Master File and CMS Provider of Services data).

We are not a covered entity under HIPAA. We are not a business associate of our customers. The service does not use or disclose protected health information (PHI). We will not sign a HIPAA business associate agreement.

Do not send us PHI — not in a saved-search name, a support message, or a sales form. If you do, that is your incident, not a CON Signal treatment, payment, or operations use of PHI.
