Data processing addendum

This addendum applies when Big Sky Little Acorn, LLC d/b/a CON Signal (“Processor”) processes personal data of Customer’s user (the account holder) to provide consignal.pro. Customer is the controller of that data. CON Signal is the controller of its own subscriber records as described in the Privacy Policy.

Processor will: (1) process that personal data only on Customer’s documented instructions, which are the use of the service and these Terms; (2) require confidentiality of people who process it; (3) use the subprocessors listed at /subprocessors and flow down these duties; (4) help Customer respond to rights requests and security incidents without unreasonable delay; (5) delete or return that personal data when the account is deleted, except records we must keep under tax or other law; (6) make available information reasonably needed to show this addendum is kept.

Security measures in use today: HTTPS, httpOnly session cookies, hashed passwords with a 12-character minimum, row-level security on the database, and access control on production. We do not claim SOC 2. A dated security note is in the Privacy Policy.
